Car Rental Policies:
– Customers will be charged fees and taxes for Car Rentals by the car rental company when they return the vehicle. -- Additional surcharges may apply for renters under the age of 25, but this varies.
– Car type is subject to availability and to be determined by the rental car company.
– Customers must comply with each car rental company's rules and restrictions, policies, terms and conditions.
– Taxes, airport fees and optional item charges, where applicable, are assessed by and will be collected by the car rental company.
– Any changes made to your reservation or cancellation may result in a processing fee.
– It is the customer's responsibility to present a credit or charge card at the rental counter that is honored by the car rental company. Note that debit cards and certain credit cards may not be honored, even if CheapOair.ca accepts them.
– CheapOair.ca does not accept car rental affinity program cards, so it is up to the customer to contact the rental car company and find out about discount eligibility.
– Note that liability/other driving insurance is usually required, and often is not included in rental rates, but may be available to purchase separately.
– Daily Rates are excluding various fees and taxes.
– Discounts are based off of the daily or weekly rate of major car rental providers. Actual rates may vary based on availability, advance notice, length of rental, rental location, travel dates and black-out dates. Some discounted rates may be for prepaid Buy Now rates, with cancellation penalties, or may be limited to certain vehicle types. All prices, dates, and booking details listed here were valid at the time of publication. Some information may have changed since that time. Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include the various fees and taxes added to each rental. Deals are subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
