Of special note here is living room of the Gorordo family, which contains a set of ornate furniture and other luxurious household items. Located close to this museum is Yap-Sandiego Ancestral House, which is one of the oldest houses in the Philippines and qualifies as a must-visit.
Magellan's CrossMagellan’s Cross is an invaluable piece of historical and religious significance in Cebu. It was planted by Ferdinand Magellan, a Spanish explorer, who had arrived here and was witnessing the Roman Catholic baptism of Rajah Humabon and his wife Queen Juana in 1521. It is housed inside an octagonal building, which is decorated on the inside with some beautiful murals.
