Situated six miles from Hudson Strait, Kangiqsujuaq (YWB) is a village in the Nord-du-Quebec region of Canada. Qajartalik is the most prominent archaeological site located about 15km from the village. Containing petroglyph masks belonging to the Dorset period and also remnants of houses built by Inuit in the Thule period some 800 years ago, the destination is a must visit for all archaeology lovers.
